The location was not great, although we liked the Latin vibes, there were many crazies around. At one point we were followed by a dodgy character pointing an imaginary gun at us. The staff at the hotel were incredibly unhelpful and unfriendly which didn’t add positively to the experience.

The ac did not work I am requesting a refund . Ad stated it was close and walking distance to Yankee stadium. It is not at all close. They sent maintenance to fix ac they claimed they did, however the room remained hot all night. I had to check out earlier than I expected. The hallway was cooler than my room!

It was close to NY Presbyterian hospital where my son was having surgery.
Negatives:
I accidentally left my AirPods in the room.
Contacted the hotel a few hours after check out, they kept pushing me off saying that room service is the only ones who would know and they weren’t in until
9am the next day. Kept taking my
Number said they would call back and never did.
Tracked my AirPods for 2 days saw them going back and forth to the hotel and another location. And now today they have disappeared from my phone. A staff member obviously took them while cleaning that room, this is what you get at this hotel. Do not stay here
