The hotel is ok in general but I just want to highlight two things that I found absolutely not acceptable. Not a single vegetable at breakfast that costs 40usd. In selected days there were deep fried potatos. The only water available at breakfast was in 120mln plastic bottles when in the room they claim to care about environment

Well my alarm clock didn’t work. There was no vent in the bathroom so I had to wait to wash my face and put on make up and there were lots of bubbles above the shower and gross pain. Also, the bathroom door was very hard to close and open, the windows were filthy.

Location was the only good thing.

Pictures were not the same as advertised. Smaller room, smaller balcony.
You can hear your neighbours as if they are in the same room as you. If they talk, unzip their bag, go to the bathroom you will hear everything, and they had a baby so what a lovely start to the holiday.
Light had water dripping down in to sink. Told reception who said it would be fixed immediately, however continued for the remainder of the trip.
Very overpriced for such terrible service and awful amenities.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Times Square, unlike other hotels that claim to be nearby but are farther away. The rooms are surprisingly spacious, much larger compared to other hotels in the area(Emphasis on very large). One of the standout features is how quiet the rooms are—the windows are so well-sealed that we didn't hear a single sound from outside, even with all the hustle and bustle of the city.
The staff was exceptional, from the front desk to the lobby team and housekeeping. Each and every one of them made our stay even more enjoyable with their warm, professional service. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch hospitality in the heart of New York City!
We were a group and the room was so big that we didn't feel choked at all.
