For someone may be it is a good location in the very heart of the Times Square, but I regret to book the hotel there. Crowds of people all day long, loud sounds till the very late evening. I will never stay at this location again

I mentioned my last visit to NY that staff in the hotels is not very friendly. They do their job as robots. And it’s really interesting that when I say good morning, they completely ignore. The same this time repeated. And the cleaning service wasn’t very good.
