Personnel that came in contact with the guests was very nice and always ready to help. Very receptive to my requests.

The hotel technical team never came to fix the issue that i flagged.

Location is tip top but...
Positives:
The room was beautiful, with a very comfortable couch and bed. I enjoyed that it had good AC ventilation and the TV had streaming options like Netflix etc.
Negatives:
The room didn't have much view for New York Timesquare but that was expected because there's tall buildings all around New York.
