Negatives: poor water pressure and lack of amenities

Negatives: The elevator and the line to get elevator . The hotel design having no stairs to go up ??? So The elevator stopped working while I was inside it i was ok to wait but what made it like a nightmare when i pushed the help button and Someone answered then he asked me what is your address or where i am staying i was ok ( you dont care I am stuck in elevator) so I told him , but he kept asking the same question I told him my address in Austin. However he kept asking the same question which made me lose my temper and started to scream well the speaker wasnt clear and kinda broken so i had to bed my knees to understand if he is asking really the same question and I though i wont get help and I will be stuck for a long time. Anyway I told him how useless he is then I called the receptionist so the fire department came after 30 minutes. That guy and the speaker what made it so bad experience. So why the hotel didnt fix the speaker in elevator as part of maintenance. Anyway it was one of my worst hotel experience. I took a video for the incident .

Negatives: High prices, very small rooms, no smart TVs

Negatives: not really anything

Negatives: When we got there our room wasn’t available. Since we booked with booking the window view wasn’t guaranteed even though that was the price I paid for. No one greets you when you walk in. Ever. The air condition was not working in the hotel lobby or halls. The rooms AC were working so that was fine. The rooms are small but that’s expected it’s New York. And there’s club in the hotel and they get the priority elevator, so guest have to wait. There was a guy that was very accommodating. He said he would credit us 5000 points, and you guessed it we didn’t get the points. It’s fine. The trip to New York was great. I would just stay somewhere else next time.
