It was a good location to attractions.
Negatives:
When we got there our room wasn’t available. Since we booked with booking the window view wasn’t guaranteed even though that was the price I paid for. No one greets you when you walk in. Ever. The air condition was not working in the hotel lobby or halls. The rooms AC were working so that was fine. The rooms are small but that’s expected it’s New York. And there’s club in the hotel and they get the priority elevator, so guest have to wait. There was a guy that was very accommodating. He said he would credit us 5000 points, and you guessed it we didn’t get the points. It’s fine. The trip to New York was great. I would just stay somewhere else next time.
