Great location, comfortable rooms and quiet.
Negatives:
Length of time it takes to get car returned from valet. It took over an hour and we had to get out of the city to the airport to catch a flight. Suggestion for guests to give yourself extra time so not rushing to the airport.

Bed was incredibly comfortable but it didn’t felt like a true king size bed. Maybe for NYC standards but I’ve stayed in other NY hotels with true king size beds. It felt a bit deceiving.

The elevator and the line to get elevator . The hotel design having no stairs to go up ???
So The elevator stopped working while I was inside it i was ok to wait but what made it like a nightmare when i pushed the help button and Someone answered then he asked me what is your address or where i am staying i was ok ( you dont care I am stuck in elevator) so I told him , but he kept asking the same question I told him my address in Austin. However he kept asking the same question which made me lose my temper and started to scream well the speaker wasnt clear and kinda broken so i had to bed my knees to understand if he is asking really the same question and I though i wont get help and I will be stuck for a long time. Anyway I told him how useless he is then I called the receptionist so the fire department came after 30 minutes. That guy and the speaker what made it so bad experience. So why the hotel didnt fix the speaker in elevator as part of maintenance. Anyway it was one of my worst hotel experience. I took a video for the incident .
