Positives:
Location is great! 20 min from the main activities. Right next to WTC and 9/11. Big subway station around the block. Comfortable beds and bathroom with proper locked door. Room was quiet as well. There is a lovely French breakfast place across the road and Mc Donalds and Starbucks just around the corner. Gym is clean and new equipment.
Negatives:
Wardrobe opens facing the bed, it blocked the walkway. The iron was broken and left stains but the hotel fixed my blouse by having it dry cleaned.
I ate out for breakfast as there wasn’t much fresh fruit or good coffee but in general many people took it.
Not much not to like about this place!

Location, close to a lot of things and metro access. Breakfast had a lot of hot options.
Negatives:
Neighborhood; there were random people hanging out on the street near entrance making it feel unsafe.
Coach bed was very uncomfortable, mattering thin and you could feel all the springs. There wasn’t any bedding for it, had to call housekeeping.

Nice gym to use for free.
Bigger than other rooms in Manhattan.
Negatives:
Sofa bed was uncomfortable and impossible to sleep. We had to rotate the kids to minimize discomfort.
We reported to the receptionist and they said that all sofa beds were like that and they did not do anything about this.

Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on to the point where my daughter ended up sleeping on the floor. The beds mattress was much too thin which meant that the bed frame would be heavily felt when laying on it. Despite numerous pleas to staff we were told nothing could be done (we had asked for a second mattress to be put in the bed). I appreciate that sofa beds are never the most comfy but this bed was simply not fit for purpose!
