It was pleasant; Would return...

I’ve been there before and it was perfect.
This time I had a very dirty room. They changed it to another one so I’ll feel better but then the dishwasher didn’t work and the closet door was broken. I called them 3 times to fix it with no success.
Breakfast that was amazing the first time I was there is very disappointing this time.
Looks like there is a new owner that took this hotel down dramatically.

Positives:
The breakfast was included and boxes available to take food to the room. The rooms have a microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher so great to save on eating out. The staff on reception are very good and there was free ice cream in the afternoon when we were there at a weekend.
Negatives:
The only issue I have is that although I told them within 1 hour that I had left something in my room on leaving, and friends were still there and went to ask, they still said they couldn't find them, which I find hard to believe I'm afraid.

The breakfast was at a good level. My wife was very pleased to be able to choose gluten-free food. The room was on the 60th floor with a beautiful view. Very quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We never waited for the elevator.
Negatives:
It was very cold in the breakfast hall, we needed warmer clothes. The bathroom door does not close well.
