Great location. Room was reasonably well equipped for self catering.
Negatives:
Pretty average in almost every respect. Breakfast was only passable. Cramped corridors from lift to room with house keeping trolleys barely leaving space for passage. Reception staff not overly friendly or helpful. This is definitely a budget hotel at New York prices.
