Breakfast was very good. Had a pretty wide variety to choose from. The location of the hotel was good also. The best part of our stay was Sergio at the front desk. He was so welcoming and went out of his way to help us with directions on getting around the city. I’d stay here again just because of him.

More fresh fruit at breakfast and the bathrooms were on the small side.

Very nice hotel, comfortable room, clean, friendly, and helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast included in the cost. Great location, within walking distance to Times Square, and convenient for site seeing in New York. Really great trip with friends.
Negatives:
During the peak buffet breakfast hours, the elevators were always overcrowded, and it took a while to get to and from the rooms to the buffet area. Need to go early to avoid the crowd and lines.
If you have a vehicle, the cost of parking for 24 hours is expensive, and only valet parking is allowed.
