Spacious common lounge areas and nice in-house coffee/breakfast bar. Rooms are well presented and styled.
Negatives:
Minor quibbles - Paper cups in the bathroom were removed and weren’t replaced. Ice bucket and bottle opener in the room, but no glasses.

Stylish, friendly, low key hotel...
Positives:
It is beautiful, really cozy, and the lobby is a super welcoming hangout space. The room was veeery spacious, especially for NYC and there were outlets everywhere. Also, this doesn’t always get noticed but all the lights in the room were warm and many of them dimmable, which is essential, in my opinion. Also the gentleman who checked me out today was super kind and helpful.
Negatives:
The towels were tiny and rough; they bill themselves as a 4-star property and the towels were motel-quality. There were no bathroom “accessories” - no q-tips, cotton, nothing. No robe or slippers. The toilet paper was also rough and thin. I asked for a fan and they weren’t sure if they had one but never got back to me. They don’t have room service or a mini bar (but there is a mini fridge you can put food in yourself) and the breakfast sandwiches at the cafe are really bad; worse than microwaved mcdonalds.

Location. Clean. Boutique feel. Big rooms. Nearby convenience stores. Close to transport, Broadway, Times Square, restaurants. Walk in shower and vanity with room to place cosmetics etc. Quiet enough room so no trouble sleeping even though we faced 8th Avenue. Everything was to our liking. (Deluxe King room 7th floor). I recommend this hotel without hesitation.

USD $100 per night bond which was refunded 6 days later.

Great midtown location close to Broadway shows and Times Square. Rooms were spacious and well looked after.
Negatives:
For the cost, limited in room facilities. No coffee/ tea facilities. No additional items in the bathroom (shower cap, sewing kit etc) that are very standard for hotels at this price. No hotel restaurant or bar makes the price hard to justify compared to others in the area. The onsite cafe is expensive with limited options.

We (a family) stayed here for 7 nights, and we enjoyed our stay very much- the space, room and its facility (wouldnt say it's perfect but functional for us), the water/ ice provider in each floor, the opening space/ work room in first floor, and the location. We came back to the room for nap and sleep, always quiet (though when people passed by you might hear their talking, but in overall it was short and monir).
Negatives:
Some minor service definitely need to be improved, but that's depends on who you met.

Great location. Exceptional staff!! Our room was on the 8th floor, and besides hearing guests in other rooms a little bit it was pretty quiet despite the traffic outside. The bed was huge and comfortable, the room was spacious and bright and the city view was very nice. It also came with free water, which you could refill and the machine also offered crushed ice, which you could put in a cooling bucket. The TV was big and had several Apps and TV channels installed.
The subway to the airport and downtown was right in front of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to everyone coming to NYC for the first time!
Negatives:
The only thing missing was a small fridge to store snacks and drinks.
The hall outside the rooms were quite dark and had a little spooky vibe.

Great location, staff and rooms...
Positives:
It's n amazing location. Bed is comfortable and the hotel is relatively new which makes it so much better. Everything in NY is expensive so be ready to open your wallet when you step out on the street. Love the city and would stay there again.
Negatives:
The rooms are not very well insulated so you can hear noise from street and next door bedrooms
