Positives:
Very comfortable and clean. Rooms were quite large based on NYC standards, with very comfortable beds. There was no wait for any of the elevators. A really great location - convenient for so many sites. Rooms and hotel are quiet even though the hotel is so centrally located.
Negatives:
The hotel is a little dated but not an issue in terms of cleanliness or comfort and rooms are a bit bigger than the newer construction. No coffee maker

Everything from the staff to the room were completely unprofessional. The reception had a damp smell in it I was over charged exorbitant.
I could not stay for more than a few hours before deciding to shift my hotel elsewhere.

Everything at the hotel was wonderful. Just one ask. During the booking process, booking.com has access to my email. I received a separate email from booking.com indicating that the hotel wanted my email address. I think that it would be helpful to have a "checkbox" in the boooking.com booking process to permit booking.com to pass my contact info to the hotel.

No coffee machine either in room or in loopy. No ramp at entrance you need to carry your luggage.

The staff is very friendly and super helpful with any questions we had. The location is perfect midtown. A couple blocks from the energy but the block itself is quiet.

No USB in the room. The fridge never got real cold.
