Loved the location. It was very convenient, near to several good restaurants in NoMad, plenty of transportation options to tourist attraction. Near to midtown. Friendly staff. Cool rooftop.

My room was dated, but it was as shown on booking.com. Found a band-aid in the pool. the restroom near to the pool was super messy in the morning. .

Positives:
The staff was exceptional and VERY patient with us :) Nina and Omar were great. The hotel was good, rooms were clean, location was good. Room sizes were OK.
Negatives:
In terms of value for money, I feel we didn't get it. I'd expect on that level to have coffee or water for the morning. They have everything but you have to pay for it. Amenities are modest. The TVs are old and not smart TVs, the pillows in the lobby are ripped and worn and could use a cleaning. Overall, not really upper level, more comparable to a budget hotel.
