Very poor choice for breakfast. Had cornflakes on day one but none for the next 2 weeks I was there. Didn't even go and buy any. The other options of pastries and bagels were always stale. I would have skipped paying for breakfast if I knew what it would be like.

It turned out to be a very good experience. Fairly clean. The room was quiet outside, half a block from times scuare, close to bus stops and train stations.
The staff is very friendly. Room size is good compared to what one pays. The breakfast despite not having protein is complete to start the day.
Also after our check out they took care of our luggage for a few hours and that is appreciated.

Positives:
Room was sizeable (even have space to do yoga). Deluxe queen is at the back of the hotel and away from elevator, i.e quiet, which is how we like it. Housekeeping did a really good job. Our room had a fridge, which was one of the things we were looking for. Safe in the room worked great.
Negatives:
Breakfast was basic but we’re not the type that do much breakfast anyway. Elevator sometimes take a while but we’re the type that like who walk the stairs (4th floor room). No view from the room but we were out and about most of the time anyway and the room is quiet. Some people might not like how the glass shower can be seen from the room (separated by curtain) but not a problem for us.

Location was great. Front desk and bellmen pleasant.
Negatives:
No mirror in bedroom area just washroom, not awful but annoyingwhen dressing for the day. I would not have called the food provided each morning breakfast but instead pastries abd bread. It was also disgusting watching the food service staff not wash their hands in between handling dirty and clean dishes.
