Positives:
The location was fantastic. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great, comfortable bed. We arrived 6am in the morning and they had a room ready for us.
Negatives:
The bedroom is very small. The hotel is very dark. The rooftop area was not like the one shown on the photographs. There was a restaurant on the rooftop and one had to book at the restaurant if you wanted to sit there. I booked this hotel so that we could sometimes sit outside, but that wasn’t possible.

Positives:
Very good location in the NY centre, polite staff.
Negatives:
No typical wardrobe and no chest of drawers for clothes in the room. Breakfast was average, lack of hot meals during it like pancakes, sausages or scrambled eggs. Lack of cold cuts and vegetables as well.
