the location was ok our night time event was around the corner so that was very helpful.
The room should have a small refrigerator because of the free water you do give us I did not go get mine because there was no way to keep it cold. Also I did not find no ice on floor 14 guess it is only on certain floors but there is no notice to tell anyone. the breakfast was good I loved the bacon and the sausage and waffle that I had. the server was nice but he did not know English, so my coworker had to talk in Spanish. I understand I only speak English so they should have someone who could help them when a consumer is asking for hot tea no coffee.

There was no refrigerator in the room. Pillows was so bad. You need 4pillows in order for your head to be comfortable. The first day we check in, windows and coffee table was so dusty & to think that was our first day. Housekeeping didn't do a good job, bathroom looks like it wasn't cleaned at all, we were given towels that was ripped and had holes in it. There's 4 of us and yet we were given tiny bottles of shampoo & conditioner.

I paid in full at the time of booking because it was required. Before checking out I made sure there were no additional charges. Two days after arriving home a 79.00 charge appeared on my credit card. I called the hotel, had to leave a message and as of yet have not received a response.
