staff are rude and slow, even the managers are rude. Old furnishing. No fridge in the room. Air conditioning not cold. No kettle. Rooms too small. House keeping only work in the morning. In summery the worst hotel I stayed in New York.

Great location. Despite high traffic of people in elevators, we never had to wait too long. Luggage staff was very kind, room was serviced daily.

Didn’t get the crib I had requested with the reservation, shower pressure was very low, check in staff was not welcoming.

Close to theater. Very clean. Easy check in. Comfortable beds.

Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:15 and woke us up. We told them we were checking out at 12. They came knocking again at 10:45. This was unacceptable to be bothered two times like this. Also did not like the fact that we had to pay for WIFI. We used the guest internet but it would drop most of the time.
