staff are rude and slow, even the managers are rude. Old furnishing. No fridge in the room. Air conditioning not cold. No kettle. Rooms too small. House keeping only work in the morning. In summery the worst hotel I stayed in New York.

Positives:
Great location. Despite high traffic of people in elevators, we never had to wait too long. Luggage staff was very kind, room was serviced daily.

Didn’t get the crib I had requested with the reservation, shower pressure was very low, check in staff was not welcoming.

There was no internet available. You have to pay for water, no fridge in the rooms and our check in at 4pm wasn’t ready. The worst hotel experience of my life. For how much I paid, this was totally in not worth the money . I highly do not recommend. Very disappointed
