Positives:
I liked the fitness room and the quiet of the room. Mostly, it was a kind of dingy room with stains on the ceiling and in the bathroom with inadequate staffing to meet guest needs.
Negatives:
When I got there, no one was at concierge. There was elite concierge for VIP guests & another for airline employees while the rest of us were left unattended for a long time. Artwork in room hung poorly, stains on ceiling & bathroom. Stay somewhere else.

Hallways were LOUD at night and the door seemed to be made of paper. They need a soft close on all doors to prevent this. Not enough elevators and the wait was far too long. Staff was rude and pretentious when presented with problems with hotel.

Elevators during busy times not the most efficient, early check in charge, and bag check charges too, so a little nickel-and-dimey. Lobby staff tried to get us to take an illegal taxi ride at 4am (off-meter) instead of confirming subway entrance.

The location was great to where I wanted to be.

I reserved the hotel due to it having a minibar. It did not have a minibar. It was completely empty and they werent using it anymore. Amount of people wasnt regulated and shoved through to crowd the elevators. It would be a nightmare if there was a fire
