Positives:
The room was pretty large and it's 2 minutes walk from train station that rides to practically all parts of the city, including JFK.
Negatives:
The room was on the second floor near a deposit and elevator and it was noisy almost 24h per day. Their staff did not care a bit about diminishing the level of noise, zero respect and care. I felt like in a warehouse.
The view was to interior yard where are the huge aircon machines. Extra noise. The manager send me an automated email about "welcome and tell me if is something wrong", I replied to him and complained about this situation and I didn't get any reply until today.
No cleaning room service in the first day.
All furniture are pretty old. Far away from what I expected from an international chain 4 star hotel.

Staff is so unfriendly and unprofessional. They told me to wait for the room 45 min and i was waiting almost 3hours. And I wanted to book some restaurant over reception and they were like we dont do this and gave me the phone to speak with the restaurant.
Also I was writing them before I come and they didnt respond. I had to call booking to resolve the problem.

The room was spacious for NYC standards. We got a city view which was great. The hotel is well mantaines and its a great location (walking distance to soho, les, west village)

Low quality food and drinks, no hotel rooftop bar as advertised in imagery, location is seedy and low quality food and resources, scammers and drug dealers. This doesn't feel like Tribeca.
