Upon arrival to room I found the toilet was running constantly and not functioning properly. Was moved to a different room and found the bathroom sink was full of water and spit from someone brushing their teeth from a previous guest.

The hotel is lovely, quiet, well appointed, it has that European flair. Not opulent, just quiet stately taste. The room was gorgeous, clean the bathroom amazing! The restaurant was pricier than expected. Loved the hotel. Eat out.

Restaurant is excellent, beautiful, but very expensive. Breakfast cost me over $50 for avocado toast, coffee and juice.

The room was so messed up, there were scuffs and dings on the walls, places where the wallpaper was cracking, carpet coming up and one outlet didnt work. WiFi barely worked and they charge a sneaky urban experience fee of $35 per day plus other fees.

Photos in booking website were misleading. Bathtub was extremely small and not accurately shown in photos. No staff at front desk during check in. Rooms are not taken care of with wallpaper coming off the walls. Loud dog barking all night on my floor.

The staff at the hotel were excellent in dealing with. We didnt have any issues, but we had a few requests, and they were friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel in great location. Great restaurant and bar inside though a bit pricey. Other restaurants and bars only steps away. Grand Central close by. Very clean rooms, lots of mirrors. Tub and walk-in shower were immaculate. Big lobby area.

Was pretty disappointed the mattress or something was worn out and the head of the bed was at least 3 inches lower than the feet. I asked to move rooms and they sent a staff member (who didn't speak English) and said it was fine

Good location and still relatively quiet ( on an upper floor) for being in nyc. Roomy and clean.

Pretty outdated which would be ok except the mattress was toast and the head of bed was easily 3 lower than the foot of the bed. I talked with front desk and they wouldnt let me change rooms so I settled with stuffing a pillow under the mattress
