Location is outstanding.
Negatives:
The facilities are a far cry from their prior glory. The rooms are dilapidated and dirty with dust behind the TV and the mirrors barely wiped down. The much lauded Bose speakers did not work and despite informing the front desk, the speakers were never repaired. Not in any way shape or form worth the cost… there wasn’t even a coffee maker or tea kettle available in the room! Stay elsewhere. At this price point, I expected so much more! Stay at the Intercontinental, Ritz-Carlton, or Peninsula. Avoid this place; you will be let down!!

Delayed check in. Decor tired and dated. Shower not very powerful. Asked for in room refrigerator to be fixed/replaced as wouldn’t shut properly but nothing happened.

Great green space calming vibe and food available three min away at Bryant Park

After a delayed flight The hotel had no mini bars in the entire hotel! Really tired wanted a cool drink and room service
Rationed freestanding fridges got one next day but it got better and the duty manager sorted things out

The staff was attentive. The decor was welcoming, tasteful and uncomfortable.
Very good but pricey breakfast . A pleasant bar for happy hour. Well, ventilated and secure elevators. The rooms as well as the lobby are quiet.
