Room Service all two days and in the Afternoon only. If you plan to get back to the hotel to refresh before Dinner you might overlap. But, fresh towels were given without any delay...

Location is so convenient and the room is quite clean. The bed is comfortable.

The size of the room. There is the bed and not much space to move around. Not even a desk. Also the all the amenities offered for the “daily fee” is usually complementary in most other hotels.

Staypineapple has the worst hotel billing system I've ever seen. They charged me a price way above than Final-Price-All-Fees-Included that Booking showed me.
After 11 days of leaving the hotel, I still have floating charges on my credit card for the two nights they overcharged the bill, no matter Staypineapple already collected the right payment. They told me 3-4 business day.
Be very careful here if you don't want to get surprises with the bill. NY is a big city, there must be better places.
