It was an amazing location,smack dab in the middle of everything. You can walk from Penn Station and at night to Times Square. It's 10 mins from Edge as well.
The room is decent sized with a good air conditioner. The hotel provided sufficient towels,coffee machines, and toiletries. Every morning and evening , there was coffee and tea available in the lobby. I loved the water fountain in the lobby where you can get filtered water, sparkling water and hot water.
Negatives:
The bathroom was too small and congested, and there was no full mirror in the room. There was a leak in the shower head, which was spraying water everywhere.

The property was beautiful ! I love the details of the rooms ! Lovely decor! The beds were super comfortable ! What I love most about this hotel is that it’s pet friendly ! The front desk staff was very helpful. My rooms tv wasn’t working and he changed my room for me with ease ! I missed breakfast because of the slumber I had. I am a local and will definitely stay here again !

Did not like garbage dumpsters directly outside of hotel and homeless people at end of block sorting empty bottles collected from public trash containers at night. Felt unsafe at night if you turned right when you exited the hotel.

Staff is wonderful, rooms are unique and clean, modern and fun! Bed is so comfortable, bathroom is beautiful. Great metal water to keep for refilling your entire stay. Love that it’s a small quiet space. Great location to MSG!!

Unique, modern, Quiet, great staff....
Positives:
I had been interested in checking out Stay Pineapple in Midtown for awhile, and after a couple canceled trips we finally stayed there. In short, it was great value for money, considering everything such as location to Penn Station and nearbyness to things like Times Square, the Empire State Building and Hudson Yards. The room was clean, we were able to check in an hour before check-in actually happened, and the decor is really cool.
Negatives:
The room was definitely small, smaller than I had anticipated but normal considering most NYC hotels. It didn't seem that housekeeping came the two nights we were there, but that may be something we needed to request that I was unaware of. One weird thing about the bathroom was the amount of mirrors, which felt a bit uncomfortable considering you have a full-length one only a couple feet directly in front of you on the toilet - not the most pleasant of sights to see. I would definitely recommend a designer go in and at least cover that mirror up with something (fabric, a scrolling design, solid color?) because I found it a tad overwhelming.
