The location was very good, and the property was new , very clean, and with all the best amenities.
Negatives:
The staff at the front desk on the morning of June 7th was quite rude, they need to deal in a better manner with guests at the hotel. Also, I was not informed that the property was cashless. This is something important that should be disclosed, especially if you’re planning on continuing with an international clientele.

A new hotel. so clean. The rooms are of sufficient size. The location is quite good. There is a restaurant in the hotel. If you want to have breakfast, there is the opportunity. employees were polite. I recommend the hotel. Ideal for a well-located, safe and clean accommodation

I will tell you the only negative thing about the hotel here. We arrived at 14:00 on the check-in day and wanted to check in early, but they said there would be a fee, so we accepted it normally and left our luggage free of charge and explored the city. We arrived around 16:30 and thought we would settle into our room, but they said the room was not ready. We said we would wait again, but when it was 17:10, we objected and said we would cancel the reservation, and they gave us a room within 1 minute. This seems like an isolated mistake, so it does not prevent you from staying at this hotel. They solved the problem immediately. I definitely recommend the hotel. I will stay at the same hotel again.

I was expecting much more
I got there from a long trip with my daughter and staff wasn’t friendly or customer service oriented
I paid for breakfast and person in front desk said I only had it for 1, while I had registered 2 guests, so I had to call the manager
Manager said, yes you have 2, so that could have been avoided
Fridge in my room didn’t work, next day the came to fix it and the following day, same thing happened and had to call twice to get it fixed, same with cleaning the room
And there was hair in the bathroom and also in on of the shelf’s in the fridge
The rooms are very tiny, if traveling with a stroller, there’s not enough room to make it fit
On the checkout, they were charging me extra, almost $200 usd, I’m glad I checked the bill and they had to correct that.
