It was extremely clean, very nice staff, good location
Negatives:
Dont book a room with breakfast, because you would think its a breakfast buffet, but its actually 25$ per person a day, so it would be cheaper if you paid that 25$ daily, or go somewhere else for breakfast.
And if you are a light sleeper, you could get trouble sleeping if you book a corner room facing the times sequare, we were on level 35 and still we couldn’t sleep with all the music noises, sirens, and even people. Other than that, the hotel was amazing and I would definitely come back.

The fact no one bother to notify a guest it’s a “cashless hotel” who are you to decide for me how I would like to pay? Cash is a legal tender and should be accepted in all places.
On top of all you didn’t award me my Hilton points because I booked via booking.
