The hotel staff! So friendly and helpful. Location felt safe and accessed wonderful neighborhood for food and shopping. The fact that we were able to access laundry was exceptional as I stayed for 10 days. Also there was a cool restaurant/bar - Ophelia.
Negatives:
The shower head was not working properly and even though maintenance came right away it still was noisy and water didnt flow properly. The bed was not the most comfortable.

Loved this was an apartment instead of just a room. Large living space/kitchen/dining area/bedroom/bathroom. Nice to have separate spaces to relax. Check-in is 4pm. We arrived at 10am and our place was ready! SO NICE! The staff was wonderful! VERY CLEAN!

Great location. Suite with kitchen is important to me as I prefer to self-cater. Kitchen was fully equipped. Free use of laundry room is also very convenient. Reception staff very helpful.

The property needs some updating. Corridors need new carpeting and probaby fresh paint or wall-paper.

The room was beautiful and comfortable with wonderful views. Location exceptional.

One problem, that did not ruin our stay in the least, involved the bathroom mirror. There was none. It was odd, we assumed that it must have been broken and not replaced. Three requests at the front desk, no result. We think it was most likely that the person responsible for repairs does not work on the weekend, which was our stay, so we let it go.

Location is excellent. Close access to everything in mid Manhattan, including transit. Great kitchen bathroom small but functional. Called staff once to adjust heat and service was pleasant and efficient. Quiet.

Design of suite was awkward. And rooms were dark and gloomy. No bars in bathtub (my fault for not requesting in advance)
