Positives: Great location, great size Suite for the Family.

Negatives: Travelling Internationally with x2 kids under 6, we agreed months prior we could check-in early if the room was available. Room was available, but we had to pay 60 to check in 4 hours early. After 10 hours+ travelling - we didnt have the energy to argue. Have sent a message since regarding the check in fee, no reply as yet.

Positives: The hotel is very dated and need an overhaul, but out bedroom/bathroom was very nice and clean . My only complaint is a $10 daily charge for extras ie bottled water , whether you order them or not and NO FOOD including breakfast is available at this hotel

Positives: Comfortable, spacious, clean rooms. Staff were generally helpful and friendly. Eateries nearby to get food and drink. Close to Grand Central and close enough to Times Square and Central Park for walking or a cheap Uber ride

Negatives: Rooms were a little noisy due to other rooms aircon units, but we did get "internal" rooms, so avoided most of the city noise from the street.
