We came back after staying at the hotel for 4 nights after our Canada trip. They upgraded our room to a grand suite with a balcony. Which was a lovely surprise. The staffs, doorman, bellboys all were fantastic. Made us feel like home.

A bit noisy but that cannot be helped if you are in busy Manhattan.

The hotel is located in a prime location (2nd avenue) surrounded by restaurants around. Yasmine from front of house was polite and made our onboarding easy. 5 min to the Subway and supermarket. Room was large for NYC standards.
