Where can I begin??? From the rude front desk staff to the cookie crumbs on the side table to the hole punched into the window sill to the holes in the bathroom tiles, tv remote not working….. judge for your selves.

Air con sounded like a hoover, light didn’t work, stains on the bed, smelt everywhere, windows didn’t open properly, staff trying to grab me out of bed by my legs even tho I paid for late checkout!! Cheeky sods, other than that it was good

The location was very good, only 1 minute until Times Square, the hotel was good.
Bathroom is good, but unfortunaly, the first day we have a cockroach :( The spaces inside the hotel were pleasant. The rooms are cleaned daily and you can ask for more towels if you need them, they are nice.
Negatives:
the rooms dont have coffee machine as you can see in the pictures. The staff is correct but not specially kind.
The noise was constant in the street because there is a fire station next to it. The mattress was not very comfortable.

It is impossible to sleep because of the noise of the air conditioner. There is no mirror in the bathroom. The price is incredibly high. The room or the hotel has nothing to do with what appears in the pictures.
