Room was large, very nice. Surprised there was no paper towels or napkins of any type in room. I had surgery on my face it was just a basic needs stay, but we brought food in and would have liked a napkin. We did not call for anything, so I'm sure they could have brought it up along with ice. But just wanted to eat and sleep.
