The hotel couldnt have been in a better location for us! We were in the heart of midtown which meant it was easy to get to everything we wanted to see. The staff were super friendly and helpful, our room was spotless each day and sizeable which was nice. A brilliant hotel, Id highly recommend staying here!

Special thank you to hotel employee at check in - she acknowledged my husbands birthday with a bottle of wine. The bartender / waiter was super friendly and made my hubbys birthday memorable.
All the staff was pleasant!!!
Negatives:
The bathrooms need some deep cleaning and the floors in hotel room need to be refinished.

Bed not comfortable. Booked a Mid town balcony and got the the lowest floor where everyone were throwing their smoke butts on my balcony. Stayed 4 nights , had coffee machine but would not give me any coffee until i complained. They said they don't refill everyday unless i ask for it????? Not what Booking com told me.
