Lovely staff; convenient location; simple, clean, modern room; comfortable bed.
Negatives:
No tea and only two coffee pods; the cold water ran hot for more than a minute before cooling down. Ridiculously expensive ($451 for a nice simple room for one night). But I guess that’s NYC.

Location was a close walk from Grand Central. Views from 19th floor was spectacular and the mini bar was a plus!
