Ok hotel in the middle of Korea town so central for a lot of Manhattan.
Negatives:
The rooms were ok, clean but a bit dated. The air conditioning is needed but both units are extremely noisy when switched on, so a catch 22 situation! No fridge in the room either to keep drinks cold and a $25 per day charge if you want one!

Ok hotel in NYC but...
Positives:
Great location, 2 blocks away from Penn Station , walking distance to all main attractions, nice clean, comfortable rooms, no food onsite, just the room, great hotel for a city break, will call you their in house taxi to drop you to the airport at a flat rate (flate rate does not include tolls or tip) Great stay, will stay again x

It was raining. It would be nice if they had a few umbrellas, even for sale at the hotel & a snack counter or machine

Polite and friendly staff. Really comfortable beds and spacy, clean rooms. The location was great in the middle of Koreatown. Because this hotel doesn't offer breakfast, there's a nice bakery almost next to the hotel.
Negatives:
The rooms are a bit outdated and noisy. Soundproofing the rooms would make it a lot better.

The rooms were a bit depressing and drab, but it was not a massive issue for what we paid. Though the staff were helpful to my mother, who needed a wheelchair, the hotel does not have a ramp for wheelchair users, and this is something they need to fix.
