Great location in Midtown Manhattan, very close to main touristy drags but on a side street so it's quiet. Whole Foods is next door – very convenient!

The hotel is situated in midtown in a nice building. There is free coffee and happy hour with free wine and snack between 5-6 pm. The gym is also quite okay. Good cleaning every day.

I slept on the sofa bed which was of low quality. They could not fix this adequately.
The regular beds are okay.
Hotel staff is not always very hospitable.
There is no awareness of climate changes or electricity bills. Airco’s stay on all day etc.
Don’t go for an included breakfast, you have to pay extra for every single item so we ended up with a big check after less than average breakfast.
