Nice hotel -- 24 hour desk and spacious lobby. Wine hour is nice in the afternoon.
Negatives:
Rooms are tight -- not a lot of room for luggage. No hooks to hang clothing or wet towels or wet coats. No place to stash stuff you don't want to trip over. I also did not like the fact I now have to track down why I was charged 2x for the same room!!
Positives:
Hidden window meant sleeping in was easy -- it was always dark.
Negatives:
Hidden $50/day fee on top of hotel room rate AND fees already collected at booking.

The kindness of the stuff, I really was gladly surprised of all the good treatment received. After 4h travel to get there but to early for most hotels nowadays, they were care and did my check in before the time I was told! Which means a lottt to me.
Negatives:
Everything was excellent, just I would like a better view for a longer stay

Location is great. Close to lots of attractions but street is nice and quiet.
Negatives:
No in-room coffee. No automatic door to enter hotel, making it difficult to haul suitcase up stairs and open door.
