What isn't there to like? Love is more like it! I have been staying at this hotel since 2014. The staff never disappoints and always treats me as if I am the only one. The room is always beautiful. It is the one constant in my life that never changes!

The location was great and bag storage was nice after check out.

The resort fee and additional charges was a little excessive. In addition, I was questioned by multiple staff to see my key as if I did not belong there in the first place. I am not sure if I will be making future reservations in this hotel.

The room set up was perfect. It was elegant and very comfortable.

The room was spacious and the hotel is centrally located close to many attractions! Our doorman was super helpful.

That people remembered who we were. Friendly staff, clean facilities. Comfortable rooms. It was close to a lot of the attractions we went to like Rockefeller Center, Radio City, Broadway and Times Square.

Location to our show. Convenient to trains or we walked. Used Uber. Staff were very nice. Excellent customer service. Beds were extremely comfortable. We got upgraded to a larger room. Instead of king, it had two beds. We accepted the upgrade to gain more space.
Negatives:
Limited lounge hours; worn carpet that was ripped in spot in hallway to room ; drapes with frayed edges; tub need caulk/attention. Overall the room it was tired, worn and in need of attention We travel often and stay in similar rated hotels. This one seemed poorly maintained for what we paid nightly. With so many similar priced options in similar locations to theater, wed probably choose a different space for our next NY visit. Disappointed
