We were graciously upgraded to a delightful junior suite that was very roomy and comfortable. We both slept wonderfully in the the king size bed. The maids were very accomodating and helpful.

It was our second time in the hotel. We came back because the location is amazing for those interested in times square and because the bedrooms are huge! Bed was so comfortable and everything was super clean. Very friendly staff, we loved out stay once again
