They charged 200USD to my credit card, without my knowledge & consent, with no explanation. Eventhough I did not touch any of the item in the minibar etc.. I tried to contact with the hotel management via e-mail, contact form from their webpage and instagram, no answer..
This is robbery.

What a joy to walk in here and see the 1900s elegant decor with real wood and beautifully appointed upholstery, lighting and flooring. There were many delightful nooks in the Lobby which kept it quiet even when busy instead of the modern hotel with minimalist decor and no acoustic absorption The bar food was good, staff helpful and location was great. The room had real, soft, clean carpets and very nice spread and draperies. This is a distinctive feel, echoing the hotel when it was built 100+ years ago as the Taft Hotel. Nice quiet neighborhood very close to Times Square and Rockefeller Center.
