This hotel was a pleasant surprise, considering hotel accommodations that NY generally has to offer. I honestly dont have any complaints. It was clean, spacious (for NY standards), convenient to Times Square and Broadway, and had delightful staff.

The noise on 1 night was a lot but it wasnt in the hotels control. Times Square can have a little ruckus at times.

Location was first rate. Half a block from Times Square. Staff was terrific. Room was clean and comfortable.

No bar yet, but I hear they are working on it. Plenty of good food and drink available within a block of the hotel.

The sweet hotel receptionist made our experience even better. She was always smiling and super helpful with anything asked.

The location is excellent...right off of Broadway. They have a fabulous fitness center with 2 Peloton bikes!

The temperature in the hotel was too hot & there was no way to adjust temp in the rooms. Also, I reserved a "King Executive" room, which suggested a larger size. Although my room was well appointed, it seemed smaller than what the description suggested.

Great location, right in the theater district.

The walls in the suite are thin, you can hear everything in the adjoining room, and hear conversations in the hallway.
