The proximity to Times Square and 5th Avenue.
The front desk staff was friendly.
Negatives:
The room was smaller than the images seen.
There’s no water or coffee/tea facilities in the room and we were not made aware of it until we asked the following day after check in. The water station is available on even numbered floors only.
The room was not cleaned before we checked in and even on the following day and that too we had to report it and it was cleaned 2 days in.

Location was excellent, staff super friendly and helpful
Negatives:
Rooms were not spotless, we found a dirty spoon on the floor, a toe nail clipping. Bed linen was stained! Pillows were awful to sleep on. Surprised there was no kettle or comp water! Plus the fitness facilities we booked the venue for were be in g refurbed and I should have been notified in advance or compensated for the loss of the onsite facility

Size of room, great. Very comfortable beds. Daily cleaning service. If you want to be close to Times Square then great.
Negatives:
The air conditioning unit was very loud. It was too hot to have it turned off and therefore had an interrupted sleep at night. Unfortunately, during our stay the gym was unavailable and the alternative was a distance away.

The location and helpful staff ticked the boxes for us. Immaculately clean with everything we needed, even though the hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay.
Negatives:
There were a couple of issues with the internet, but these were outside the hotel’s control.

Quiet and easily accessible location...
Positives:
Convenient location. Clean and Modern comfortable room.
Negatives:
there were no catering facilities or room service due to some refurbishment which wasn't made clear enough through the booking process.
So it was purely a room, It was not a place to spend time in other than when sleeping or resting.
