I called the desk immediately when I noticed the room's shower flooding the entire bathroom causing a slip and fall hazard. the apologized, sent up mats and towels to soak in up hours later. The ensured we would be switched and never did so.

I would like a refund as it was a horrible experience. I spent so much time with the front desk and we were not able to shower worrying about falling. PLus the floor being flooded was gross and even using the toilet was hard to navigate without rainboot

The room and bathroom were clean. The bathroom looked like it had been recently remodeled.

They charged me a facility fee toward the end of visit. Plus, their is no way to monitor the temperature in the room. The thermostat doesn't work. I had to get maintenance to open my window. I will never stay at this hotel again.
