It was a perfect place...

The staff are super friendly which for me is never something to worry about because I rarely have to interact with them. However a “hello” and a “have a good night” every time they saw me was so nice. Now the room. I’ve stayed here before so I knew that the sizes were generous. I originally booked a single queen room but for some reason they put me in a double queen room so OMG THE SPACE! I loved it.

I wish that they would update their tv systems. Would love the ability to cast from my phone but if not that wouldn’t put me off from booking again.

Positives:
The room was generous with a large bathroom and kitchenette, desk, TV, closet - plenty of space. Beds and pillows were comfy so no complaints!
Negatives:
The hotel lobby was a bit of a mess with so many people in and out despite the doormen being on duty all the time, this made it feel a bit run-down and I didn't spend any time in the common space as a result.

Spacious room, clean and good location.
Gym was also well equipped and open 24/7 which is amazing for people who have trouble sleeping.
Hotel felt safe with the surveillance and the door men.
Bed was sufficient comfort wise
Negatives:
Room had a coffee machine but no coffee?
No cutlery, a single plate or napkins in the kitchen which was a bit annoying.
The cleaning staff tried to clean our room 3 times within one day when we said we didn't need the room cleaned while we were In the room and there was no "do not disturb" sign to put on the door. But understand they were just trying to be thorough, just got to the point where it seemed like they were just desperately trying to get in the room which made us uncomfortable.
