Positives:
My room had windows that overlooked a street very close to Central Park. You really can't beat the location. I stayed here due to a flight cancellation, and the staff were very helpful when I had to extend my stay due to last minute cancellations.
Last, their convenient store is very convenient!
Negatives:
Like anywhere in Manhattan, it is not the cheapest place to stay. However, for Manhattan their rates were competitive.

The staff at the front desk were really nice and very professional they were always available.
Negatives:
The carpet in our room was very dirty it deserves to be change. The A-C was very loud and the mattress wasn’t confortable. We barely could sleep. The Kleenex box was almost empty, I took 3 and there was no more in it he box. There was no feet towel and only one bath towel we had to go get more.
