Good proximity to the attractions and Broadway shows.
A few people working there were very pleasant.
Negatives:
Both room and common areas were badly looked after.
Unfortunately, that was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at, not sure how this is rated at 4*. Hair on chair and bed, dirty mirrors, random wrapper rubbish under the bed, wardrobe doors not closing, only one tower provided for 2 guests, we had to request for another tower 3 times until we have received one. Poor communication from some of the staff.

We were in an inside facing room it meant it was quite dark and we couldn’t see what the day was. Also the the air conditioning was noisy as was the lift.

The only free thing available was wine and cheese So I would hope the only chance for a good review would be good wine and cheese, not. Pillows too large and hard. Air conditioning noise through the windows from other facilities, loud and offputting.

The overall aesthetic of the rooms was lovely and the tv was really nice.
Negatives:
The only thing and this just may be overtime but I do think the room needs a little sprucing up. There was a hole above my bed and the tile in the bathroom needed a little deep cleaning.

The location was very good as it is convenient to access all of wonders what NYC has to offer.
The staff was amazing and professional.
I like the vine parties from 5pm to 7pm
I like the iron in the room and the plug charging international in the room
Negatives:
The room was tooo dark with not enough day light .
The shower was very tinny I am tall I can barely move in it
The mattress was too soft and not ferm enough .
The frame of the bed was passed and horrible
I did not like the transparency of cupboard and the bizarre light with tiny humains figurines in the bulb lights that was little bit creepy.
