We loved your staff, they were amazing! Definitely loved the dinosaur egg story under the elevator! Nothing beats walking around the corner and finding everything you need. My daughter and I really enjoyed the stay and Time Square.

Didn't expect it to be so small. Also, room 1619 had a ticking sound next to the bed by the phone, which annoyed me a bit and made falling asleep a little difficult.

The hotel is tired. The first room shown was tiny with a bed pushed against the wall. The hall carpet looked in need of a clean. There were dust balls under the hanging area. It didn’t “feel” clean - just dark and tired. No tea/coffee in the room. The staff were disinterested just giving routine platitudes. I was due to stay there a second night but cancelled it and booked another hotel.

Good proximity to the attractions and Broadway shows.
A few people working there were very pleasant.

Both room and common areas were badly looked after.
Unfortunately, that was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at, not sure how this is rated at 4*. Hair on chair and bed, dirty mirrors, random wrapper rubbish under the bed, wardrobe doors not closing, only one tower provided for 2 guests, we had to request for another tower 3 times until we have received one. Poor communication from some of the staff.
