The room is very small especially for 3 people, poor use of space apart from the mirror as a tv. Furniture was worn down with chips in them and the rug was full of stains. The fan and lights in the a bathroom were full of dust as was the window seal. Bed was very soft. I appreciate most apartments and rooms in New York are small but it was definitely over priced. For the price I paid I expected better breakfast. It was a bit disappointing.

Nice hotel. Had a room to the front initially which we found too noisy, so the hotel offered us another at the back which was perfect. Comfortable beds.
