Positives:
The experience at this hotel was awful. The location is great as you step out and are right in Times Square. However, the amazing location does not make up for the fact that we booked a larger room (23 sqm) and paid for it, only to end up in a very tiny room. The reception staff, especially the lady who checked us in, definitely needs training on behavior. She was possibly the rudest receptionist we've ever encountered, with a bad attitude. The only polite person we encountered was their marketing guy.

The location was great. Right in the heart of the theater district and down the street from Time Square. The staff was extremely professional. We had a slight problem that was quickly rectified (so quick that it doesn't need to be mentioned). The room was comfortable and the bed was amazing!
