The interiors were beautiful and the staff incredible. We had a slight hiccup at first but the staff went above and beyond to rectify. Considering it’s a hotel in one of the biggest cities in the world it’s truly incredible that they made us feel so special. One of the managers Susan and some very special people at the front desk, terrace bar, paradise club and valet team made a huge impact on our stay and we would like to give our thanks for making our stay as memorable as it was.
Negatives:
The noise of the location could be a little loud, but that’s what you’re paying for to stay in heart of Times Square anyway so can’t complain.
